If you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund the money, provided the reasons are genuine and verified upon investigation.   • Refunds apply to domain buying and WordPress website design and development services only.
  • Certain services, such as custom development projects that have been completed and delivered, may be non-refundable. These will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

Timeframes for Refunds:

  • Once a refund request is received, we will conduct a thorough investigation.
  • If the request is approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
  • If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase. For payment gateway payments, the refund will be made to the same account.

  • Provide your order number and details of the service.

Cancellation Policy

Procedures for Cancellations:

  • Requests received later than 10 business days before the end of the current service period will be treated as cancellations for the next service period.

Cancellation Fees and Requirements:
